When you place an order online, you are making an offer to buy the goods. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. All orders are accepted under the terms and conditions of the website. Please read carefully and keep a copy for reference.

Delivery will be made using Royal Mail Second Class Small Parcel Post.
Orders will be despatched as quickly as possible, usually the next working day. In the unlikely event that an order will take longer, we will contact you by email. If an order is not received within 5 working days please email queries@schooltosucceed.co.uk.
Please note that this will be a bulky item and will not fit through a standard sized letterbox. If you wish delivery to be made to a different address to the billing address, this should be stated when making the order.
